Check that reminders are enabled in Reminder settings, notifications are allowed on your device, and the medication is active. If it still fails, message support with the medication time and device type.

♡Invite or family support issue

Make sure the supporter uses the same email address that received the invite. Accepted support access should appear under Care Circle and People I Support after the app refreshes.

••••Forgot access PIN

Use Forgot PIN on the PIN screen, sign in with your email and password again, then create a new 4-digit access PIN.

★Premium or subscription help

Premium unlocks unlimited medications, family support, cloud sync, low stock alerts, unconfirmed alerts, history, and smart notifications. If purchase or restore does not work, contact support.
